The main function of this machine is to perform a packet sealed around the product. The film is formed via a forming shoulder and then sealed as a center seal under the product and then transferred to the back and front sealer thereby forming a complete packet around the product. Paper ribbon is used for ensuring sterility of the syringe.

The machine is fully automated and consist of various control mechanisms to perform the full function.
